Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring (Most Accurate)

Use this method if you already own a ring that fits the desired finger well.

Steps:

  1. Select a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.

  2. Using a ruler, measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm).

  3. Match your measurement to the size chart below to find your exact US ring size.

Tip: Measure straight across the center, from inner edge to inner edge.

Method 2: Measure Your Finger

This method is ideal if you do not have a reference ring.

Steps:

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string.

  2. Wrap it around the base of your finger where the ring will sit.

  3. Mark the point where the strip overlaps.

  4. Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters.

  5. Use the size chart below to determine your US ring size.

Ensure the strip slides comfortably over your knuckle while still fitting snugly.
