Refund policy
Returns:
All earrings are FINAL SALE. Returns are only be eligible for rings, necklaces, and eyewear that are regular priced items, which means no coupons or discounts were applied at the time of checkout. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 5 days of your order being delivered to you.
To initiate a return, send us an email at contact@grise-nyc.com within 5 days of receipt of delivery. All products are held liable under our 5 day return/exchange policy. After the 5 days all items are considered FINAL SALE. This means the items must be shipped back to us within the 5 day period, meaning you must ship the item out but it does not need to arrive within 5 days. Please note we do not provide return shipping labels and outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable and there is an $8 restocking fee.
All refunds are issued as store credit in the form of an online gift card. Gift cards never expire and will be sent to the email address on the original order. Be sure to check spam!
Please note all products must be in the original, unworn condition with tags and boxes in tact to be accepted for returns (unless it is a manufacturer's defect).
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return of any items. Once your return request form is submitted we will contact you via email within 48 hours. All items subject to a return must be approved via email first. Do not send items back to us without a return email confirmation approving the return or it will be refused and returned back to you.
Print out and include your return confirmation email in your return package. Any returns without its original packaging will not be accepted.
Hold onto your return tracking # for reference, we can't look up your return without it.

Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for rings if the size you initially purchased does not fit. To initiate an exchange please send us an email at contact@grise-nyc.com within 5 days of delivery receipt, and include: your name, order number, and the item(s) and size(s) you'd like to exchange.Please be advised we do not cover return shipping fees and you will need to provide a return tracking number for the exchange. Any returns without its original packaging will not be accepted.
For a Defective or Damaged Product:
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item if you believe the product to be defective.
Email us at contact@grise-nyc.com to tell us the reason and condition of your defective item and be sure to include your order number and email address used to place the order.
You must provide images of the issue in the initial email. We will provide a return shipping label at our expense for all products determined as a manufacturers defect.
Cancellations:
Once an order is placed it is NOT eligible for cancellation.
Address Change:
Once an order is placed we cannot edit the shipping address of the order. Once you receive tracking confirmation, we encourage you to reach out to the carrier’s customer support team for further assistance.
